Background:
From 1969-1973, Bob served an Electrical Apprenticeship with Campbell and Isherwood. From 1974 he worked as a Maintenance Electrician for the D.O.E at their D.H.S.S headquarters site in Longbenton, Newcastle.
In April 1977 Bob became a Maintenance Electrician at John Lewis Newcastle, where after 3 years he became Section Manager.
In 2002 he took a change of direction, selling up and relocating to Lancashire, where he took on the role of Project Manager with Guardian. In 2006 an opportunity arose to return to the North East to open a satellite office for Guardian in Newcastle, where he operates from today.
