Background: Phil completed a 4 year apprenticeship with the Royal Aircraft Establishment in Farnborough, finishing in 1987. He continued to work at RAE Pyestock for 2 Years, concentrating mainly on installation and maintenance works.
On leaving RAE Pyestock, Phil moved into a number of areas, carrying out general installation works in both commercial & domestic environments, including fire alarm and security systems.
Phil joined Guardian ECL in 1991 and has worked in many roles, from Site Foreman in the mid 90’s, to Supervisor in 2000, Engineer in 2003, and then on to his current position of Senior Engineer.
He has worked on many projects, concentrating mainly on our Waitrose account with new builds and refurbishments, but he has also carried out works for many of our other clients.
