Following the successful reopening of the above project, I would like to formally write, to thank you and your team for all the hard work and dedication that you have collectively shown to achieve, what in my opinion, is a fantastic team effort in such a short timescale.
I would like to express my personal gratitude in this accomplishment, as it was achieved in a professional manner with all aspects of your company pulling together to successfully complate the first phase of this project. Without this hard work and determined commitment this project would not have been as successful as it has to date.
I appreciate that the severity of the damage meant that generally the conditions that you were asked to work within, and the time scales that we set were a challenge in themselves. To your credit, the works have been completed swiftly and efficiently to a high standard which we have come to expect from your team. All obstacles that you encountered enroute have been successfully overcome and I hope that you continue in this manner, so that we see the fruition of this hard work at the final completion of the project.
I would be extremely grateful, if you would pass on my gratitude to both your site and office based personnel on this accomplishment.
