Drivers Jonas project is in the centre of Leeds, it is a new office area for Drivers Jonas office staff to expand their business within the city of Leeds and surrounding area. It is a six week project and has included design,project management, electrical and mechanical, data cabling, carpentry and joinery, fire alarms, door entry, flooring, partitioning, painting and decorating, signage, AV equipment and supplying all office furniture.
Drivers Jonas as a client were very pleased with not only the design but the overall finish and time scales that the project was achieved in, showing again Guardians commitment and general team work with all concerned. As the pictures illustrate it provides not only a modern feel but also a very practical solution, as well allowing Drivers Jonas to accommodate their own kitchen area, meeting rooms and allowing up to 35 people to be seated at desk positions.
Guardian are now keen to grow more within this sector of office fit outs and are looking forward to working with Drivers Jonas again on future projects with their Glasgow office refurbishment already underway.
