Kings College Dental Units, contracts 1 & 3
Description:
The above was a reclaim project which we stepped into when the electrical contractor was declared insolvent. We were recommended and drafted in as a sub-Contractor to TASC building service Engineering. We had 5 weeks to complete contract 3, which we achieved on the whole, the whole project however expanded over a 20week period. It was a refurbishment of an existing facility within a working Department. We worked closely with the mechanical and main contractor to achieve a high quality finish in a realistic time frame to the satisfaction of all parties.
