In July 2008, ECL Building Services undertook the works to complete the conversion of an area of a school from a stockroom to a new toilet.
This conversion provided much needed facilities within this specific area of the school and afforded not only toilet facilities, but hand-washing, shower and baby changing facilities in the same area.
ECL completed all works after the initial removal of asbestos by Islington Council, to make safe the working area.
The area had to be stripped of all existing services prior to the new installation, and also included building works to form the new room. All new facilities and services were then fitted in accordance with the project specification.
Guardian ECL managed the whole installation & worked in partnership with the school to ensure the installation was completed to the expected standards.
The Head Teacher was thrilled with the new facilities and sent a letter to express her appreciation of the way ECL managed the whole project.
