The works were for an existing contractor who we have worked with before (Conamar). We have not however, carried out any previous works for EPSM prior to this contract.
Overview
Guardian removed the existing Car Park lighting and installed new 8 metre lighting columns, complete with new Holophane "Vista Grande" Fittings.
New canopies were installed to each shop unit: these had Simms "Slot Up/ Down" fittings installed to each canopy. These fittings were stripped and powder coated by Guardian to provide a perfect match to the canopy steel work colour.

Guardian installed cabling for the new tenants signage to each unit, and also the 2 large illuminated signs at the entrances to the car park.
During the install we were involved in the installation of a new feeder to house all the new distribution and lighting control, and also upgrading the incoming supply cables.

Problems arising from the project, included working in a live car park, utilising some of the original underground ducts and also accessing the external soffits to install new cables to the tenants signage.
