Waitrose Aylesford RDC Centre
Description:
The project was to replace all of the racking within the ambient warehouse. As part of the project the emergency lighting was brought up to current standards as was the fire alarm system. Usually this would be a very straight forward project but due to the size of the warehouse the project was very unique. The dimension of the building is over 200 meters in length and over 100 meters wide. Therefore with all the logistical and safety aspects of the project careful planning and programming had to be implemented. With the vast experience that we have in this sector the project is now well underway and within budget and time scales. The project is being handed back to the client in phases and is due for completion in September 2008.
