Waitrose Bracknell - Panasonic House

Project Manager:       Mark Leitch
Client:                     Waitrose Bracknell - Facilities
Start Date:                  February 2009
Start Date:                  April 2009

The installation was a closely coordinated installation to allow personnel from several locations on the site to be re-sited over several weekends, and be up and running for each consecutive Monday.

Working closely with the facilities management team, Guardian had to react to many changes to accommodate each department’s requirements.

Systems Works:

  • Installing new MMW Link from Jubilee House to Panasonic House.
  • Testing existing data installation.
  • Relocating testing and development team from Taylor House.
  • Installing new power and data requirements.
  • Reconfigure lighting to suit new layout.
  • Install PIR lighting switches to remote offices.

All moves were completed on-time, with the following comments being forwarded by the Waitrose Systems Implementation Team:

“We are very pleased with the relocation of the flood test system into the T&D room. This couldn't have happened without your pro-active approach. Furthermore, the relocation of both kit and partners to Panasonic, in such a small time window must have been extremely challenging, both logistically and personally, yet appeared straight forward.”
