Building Services
Building Services is a recent department within Guardian ecl which started in November 2006. This department was formed due to our current clients' requesting additional services such as partitioning, flooring, decorating etc.
Since its launch in 2006, the Building Services division has seen significant growth not only with existing customers such as UCL, John Lewis, Drivers Jonas, but also with many new clients.
The Building Services team is managed by Jason Maclaine, assisted by the M&E Services Manager Norm Pattison, and Construction Manager Will Watson. This team is now in a position to offer a wide range of quality services as listed below:

- Partitioning
- Suspended Ceilings
- Paint and Decorating
- Carpentry and Joinery
An added service in conjunction with our partner Office Blueprint is office furniture and space planning. With this we are now able to offer the complete overall office refurbishment package, from design through to completion.
